Job summary

The Intellect Company is seeking an Enterprise Client Success Manager to ensure the successful delivery, adoption, and long-term impact of our mental health benefits platform for large enterprise accounts in Singapore. You will own the end-to-end client journey from implementation to renewal, acting as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, and Delivery to design programs,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is required.
3+ years in client success, account management, or management consulting preferred.
Experience managing large, complex projects and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic and enterprise accounts.
Own end-to-end delivery of the mental health benefits platform for clients.
Develop tailored engagement strategies aligned to client needs and ROI.
Drive client satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for expansion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Delivery.
Analyse engagement data and provide insights to inform strategy.
Support renewals and upsell/cross-sell discussions.
