Job summary

GovTech is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead architecture design and governance across the Learning & Skills portfolio, ensuring scalable, integrated and sustainable digital capabilities that support long-term product evolution and sector-wide interoperability.

The role focuses on defining vision, establishing standards and aligning architecture with the product roadmap, while managing risk and enabling future enhancements across the public sector digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and governing enterprise-scale digital systems.
• Strong grasp of application, data and integration architecture principles.
• Experience with architecture governance and vendor collaboration.
• Background in education tech, enterprise platforms or data ecosystems is a plus.

What we are looking for

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, systems integration or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience designing and governing enterprise-scale digital systems.
• Strong understanding of application, data and integration architecture principles.
• Experience managing architecture governance and working with external vendors.
• Experience in education technology, enterprise platforms, data ecosystems or related domains will be an advantage.
