Job summary

Evolution Singapore is partnering with a fast-growing enterprise AI company expanding Generative AI adoption across Asia. We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to bridge customers, commercial teams and regional product and engineering groups.

You will manage the full customer journey—from requirements, through design of solutions and POCs, to technical validation and implementation support—working in a lean Singapore operation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing tech role.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Generative AI and LLM-based enterprise solutions.
• Experience with voice AI, conversational AI, or chatbots is highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of LLMs, NLP, STT/TTS, APIs, integrations and enterprise solution architecture.
• Hands-on in testing, troubleshooting, POC delivery and solution design.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers, translating business challenges into AI architectures.
• Act as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, Product, Engineering and Delivery teams.
• Design AI solutions across Generative AI, conversational AI, voice AI and related use cases.
• Scope and support POCs, define requirements and ensure alignment before execution.
• Develop or assist with customised demos and prototypes; hands-on development is beneficial.
• Support API integrations, testing and troubleshooting during POCs and implementations.
• Remain involved beyond pre-sales to enable production deployment.
