Job summary

POSH is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to contribute to the AI programme by developing AI agents and end-to-end solutions on the enterprise AI platform. You will translate business needs into prototypes, deploy solutions, and support user adoption.

This role emphasizes business engagement, user adoption, and overall solution delivery alongside technical execution, with domain knowledge not a strict requirement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software/data/AI engineering with exposure to AI/LLM projects.
• Hands-on experience delivering at least one AI/ML project from concept to prototype or production.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and gather requirements.
• Interest or experience in engaging non-technical users and delivering usable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI use cases and engage with POSH business functions to ensure relevance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and prototypes, with clear documentation.
• Develop and deploy AI agents on the enterprise platform and build RAG pipelines.
• Support data integration with enterprise systems and ensure governance and quality checks.
• Test agent behavior, monitor deployments, and work with COE on platform standards.
