Job summary

ABeam Consulting in Singapore seeks skilled professionals to design and develop Generative AI and agentic AI solutions, building end-to-end AI-powered applications and scalable cloud architectures. You will work across responsibilities from solution design, client advisory, and workshops to pre-sales support, leveraging Copilot Studio, LangChain, and enterprise AI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or AI/ML app development.
Strong programming in Python with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn; data visualization.
Experience building APIs/backend using FastAPI or Flask.
Familiarity with modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript/React).
Strong SQL skills with complex queries and data modelling.
Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases.
Experience with AI-powered apps and agentic AI using AI agent frameworks or Copilot Studio.
Solid knowledge of ML algorithms, statistics, and data science methodologies.
Experience with model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, experiments, A/B testing.
Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience creating dashboards with Power BI/Tableau/Plotly.
Hands-on with cloud platforms including AI/ML services.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Learning agility and passion for emerging AI tech.
Experience in financial services, trading, supply chain, or related industries.
Business-level Japanese language proficiency (spoken and written).
Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, or enterprise AI platforms is advantageous.
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, containers, and DevOps.
Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered applications using Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI platforms.
Build and integrate end-to-end AI solutions, including frontend, backend, APIs, and enterprise systems.
Develop agentic AI solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agent frameworks.
Design secure and scalable cloud-based AI architectures.
Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Translate business requirements into AI and data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with clients to identify use cases, define solution approaches, and develop implementation roadmaps.
Conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions on AI adoption, data strategy, and solution design.
Present analytical insights and technical recommendations to business stakeholders.
Develop demonstrations, prototypes, and PoCs to support client engagements.
Assist in solution presentations, proposals, and business development activities.
Showcase AI and data science capabilities to prospective clients and stakeholders.
