Job summary

Rajah & Tann Asia seeks a hands-on AI Applications Developer to design, build, integrate, and support enterprise AI-enabled applications, copilots, document intelligence and knowledge search experiences. Focus is on AI delivery, not Azure infra engineering, translating requirements into production-ready features with secure data handling.

The role partners with security, data owners and application teams to deliver scalable, governed AI solutions that improve productivity and automate processes

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in application development or enterprise delivery.
• Experience building or integrating AI-enabled applications and copilots.
• 4+ years with .NET/C# and/or Python in backend services.
• Experience with LLM patterns, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, OpenAI-compatible APIs.
• Experience with SQL databases and data integration.
• Experience with Git, PRs, CI/CD, automated testing.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC and OWASP principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support AI-enabled applications, copilots and workflow automation.
• Translate business problems into AI use cases, requirements and production-ready features.
• Develop back-end services and REST APIs using .NET/C# and Python.
• Integrate AI apps with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Ensure secure data handling, governance and compliance.
