Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue within strategic Enterprise accounts. You’ll own a defined territory, build your pipeline, tell the Elastic story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will excel at discovery and qualification, using MEDDPICC, deliver tailored demos that map Elastic’s capabilities to business value, and partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and

Qualifications

2+ years closing enterprise SaaS deals within a defined territory.
Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models.
Ability to map product capabilities to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own territory, build pipeline and generate opportunities through outbound activity.
Qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC and engage stakeholders.
Deliver tailored demos and narratives linking Elastic solutions to business value.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, CS, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
Lead negotiations and close multi-year consumption agreements.
Speak to cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and data architectures.
