Job summary

NTUC FIRST CAMPUS LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Customer Enrolment Coordinator to support preschool enrolments. You will engage with parents, respond to inquiries, and drive conversion through persuasive conversations.

Responsibilities include meeting enrollment targets, managing outbound calls, counselling parents, refining processes, and analyzing enrolment data. Facility tours may be arranged for parents and partners.

• Manage and support outbound calls to enquiring parents for enrolment.
• Provide professional customer service with convincing conversational skills.
• Counsel parents of prospective students considering enrolling in our preschools.
• Support enrolment process refinement, process flow charts and SOPs.
• Assist in providing enrolment data for analysis (conversion/disqualification/decline reasons/lead follow-up).
• Coordinate and conduct facilities tours for parents, partners and others as requested.
• Other related duties as required or assigned.
