Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, individualized patient care in a hospital or hospice setting. You will document assessments, treatments, and care plans, and monitor patients while coordinating with the care team.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in patient care and IT systems is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, competent, and individualised nursing care per standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and care plans.
• Monitor patients and escalate concerns to staff nurse or physician as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Assist in patient assessment, direct care, and care coordination under supervision.
• Participate in multidisciplinary discussions to support patient care.
• Ensure compliance with storage, handling, and administration of medications and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining patient safety through monitoring and care measures.
• Administer medications (oral, IM, SC) under supervision; wound care and IV therapy changes as required.
• Follow up on treatment plans to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Support palliative nursing care under supervision when required.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Contribute to a safe, clean care environment and share knowledge with Patient Care Assistants.
• Comply with nursing standards and regulatory requirements; keep up with industry developments.
• Maintain workplace organisation and participate in continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent, and individualised nursing care in accordance with established clinical and professional standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and care plans.
• Monitor patients' conditions and promptly elevate concerns to the supervising Staff Nurse or physician as required.
• Build and maintain effective communication and rapport with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Assist in patient assessment, direct care delivery, and care coordination under the supervision of a Staff Nurse.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions to support seamless patient care and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements for the storage, handling, and administration of medications and medical supplies.
• Assist in maintaining patient safety through appropriate monitoring and implementation of care measures.
• Administer oral, IM, and SC medications (excluding controlled drugs and IV injections), perform wound dressing, change IV therapy fluids (excluding blood products), and remove IV cannulae under supervision as required.
• Follow up on patient treatment plans to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Support the delivery of palliative nursing care under the supervision of a Staff Nurse where required.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of medical equipment, consumables, and supplies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and records.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and conducive patient care environment.
• Provide guidance and share relevant patient care knowledge with Patient Care Assistants.
• Comply with professional nursing standards, codes of ethics, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, clinical guidelines, and relevant professional skills.
• Maintain high standards of workplace organisation and housekeeping.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Registered nursing qualification with the ability to perform clinical nursing duties in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Knowledge of IT systems and healthcare-related technology.
• Strong commitment to patient care and service excellence.
• Meticulous, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Post-registration experience in a hospital or hospice setting is an added advantage.
