Job summary

MCI Consulting Pte Ltd in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore, is seeking a Nursing professional for dialysis duties. Hours include AM and PM shifts with a basic salary range of 2,100 to 3,600 SGD depending on experience. Working days are Monday to Saturday, with standard nursing responsibilities in a dialysis centre.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Nursing.
• Valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a dialysis centre.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the assessment, implementation and evaluation of quality dialysis outcome.
• Perform Hemodialysis cannulation and treatment for patients according to standard practice and guidelines.
• Carry out Hemodialysis treatment and venipuncture on AV fistula, graft and catheter as prescribed.
• Provide diet education and care of the vascular access to patient and family.
• Work with Staff Nurse to prioritise and organise care to meet dialysis adequacy and rehabilitative needs.
• Assist the doctor and nursing staff during Hemodialysis treatment and examinations.
• Provide orientation, guidance, mentoring and coaching to new staff.
• Collect water sampling for water culture to maintain safe water standards.
• Review new inpatient and outpatient latest virology blood results from admission office.

PM Shift: 2.30pm to 11pm

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the assessment, implementation and evaluation of quality dialysis outcome


• Perform Hemodialysis cannulation and treatment for patients according to standard practice and guidelines


• Carry out Hemodialysis treatment and venipuncture on arterio-venous fistula, arterio-venous graft and temporary catheter prescribed for patient according to expected standards of practice and guidelines


• Provide diet education and care of the vascular access to patient and family


• Work in collaboration with Staff Nurse to prioritize and organize care to meet the dialysis adequacy and rehabilitative needs of patients


• Assist the doctor and nursing staff during Hemodialysis treatment and examination review of the patient


• Provide orientation, guidance, mentoring and coaching to new and less experienced staff


• Collect water sampling for water culture to maintain safe water standard guideline


• Review new inpatient and outpatient latest virology blood results from admission office
