NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HEALTH SERVICES GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for an Enrolled Nurse to support Registered Nurses in patient care coordination. Responsibilities include assisting in medical procedures, providing patient education, and participating in clinical audits.

Formación

• Candidate must be enrolled with SNB.
• At least 1 year of experience as Enrolled Nurse in relevant discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Support Registered Nurses (RNs) in the coordination of care of patients.
• Assist physicians and RNs in bedside procedures and treatment.
• Communicate effectively and maintain collaborative relationships with the multidisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Provide patient education to patients, Next of Kin (NOK) and caregivers on self-care management.
• Attend to and assist RNs in patient resuscitation or medical emergencies.
• Support clinical supervision of new enrolled nurses and coaching of nursing students.
• Identify common causes of patient safety incidents and work on quality improvement activities.
• Be a team player and participate in clinical audits as required.

Educación

NITEC in Nursing or State Enrolled Nurse Certificate
