Job summary

PeopleSolve is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to support Registered Nurses in coordinating patient care and to assist with bedside procedures in Singapore. The role emphasizes teamwork, education of patients and families, and active participation in clinical activities.

You will collaborate with physicians and nurses, contribute to safety and quality improvement, and mentor nursing students and care staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Enrollment with SNB is required.
• NITEC in Nursing or State Enrolled Nurse Certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience as Enrolled Nurse in relevant discipline.

Job description

• Support Registered Nurses(RNs) in the coordination of care of patients.
• Assist physicians and RNs inbedside procedures and treatment.
• Communicate effectively andmaintain collaborative relationship with the multidisciplinary healthcareteam members.
• Provide patient education topatients, Next of Kin (NOK) and caregivers on self-care management.
• Attend to and assist RNs inpatient resuscitation or medical emergencies.
• Support clinical supervisionof new enrolled nurses, support care staff and coaching of nursing studentsin the delivery of nursing care.
• Identify common causes ofpatient safety incidents and work with the supervisor and senior nurses incarrying out quality improvement activities.
• Be a team player andparticipate in clinical audits as required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be enrolledwith SNB.
• NITEC in Nursing or StateEnrolled Nurse Certificate.
