Responsibilities

• Support Registered Nurses (RNs) in the coordination of care of patients.
• Assist physicians and RNs in bedside procedures and treatment.
• Communicate effectively and maintain collaborative relationships with the multidisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Provide patient education to patients, Next of Kin (NOK) and caregivers on self-care management.
• Attend to and assist RNs in patient resuscitation or medical emergencies.
• Support clinical supervision of new enrolled nurses and coaching of nursing students.
• Identify common causes of patient safety incidents and work on quality improvement activities.
• Be a team player and participate in clinical audits as required.

• Identify common causes of patient safety incidents and work with the supervisor and senior nurses in carrying out quality improvement activities
• Be a team player and participate in clinical audits as required
