Job summary

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment and instruments.
• Assist in collating patient results and documenting assessments.
• Provide administrative support to the department as needed.
• Undertake any other adhoc duties as assigned by Imaging/Wellness Manager.

• Handle any registration, appointment bookings and answer any phone call enquiries

• Follow up with patients on any feedback / concerns that they may have

• Interact and coordinate with different teams to ensure that the centre's operations is running smoothly and efficiently

• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of all equipment / instruments

• Assist in collating patients' medical results and documents any patient assessment findings and progress

• Provide administrative support to the department when required

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the Imaging/Wellness Manager
