Job summary

WhiteCoat is seeking a hands-on Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team in Singapore. You will deliver safe, gentle nursing care under supervision, assist with registrations and minor procedures, and help maintain sanitary and well-equipped treatment rooms.

The role requires SNB registration, BCLS/BLS certification, and prior GP or paediatric clinic experience. You will manage clinic supplies and support daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
• BCLS/BLS certification is required or preferred.
• Experience in a GP or paediatric outpatient setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during minor procedures and manage registration procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and manage clinic supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Measure vital signs, perform finger-prick tests, nebulisations and other routine nursing tasks.
• Conduct swab tests and support specimen handling with patient privacy.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, billing, and documentation.

What you will be doing

We're looking for a hands-on experienced Enrolled Nurse to join WhiteCoat's clinical team, delivering safe, gentle, and efficient care to our patients. You'll provide nursing support and work under supervision of our Senior Nurse to assist with registration, biometrics and minor procedures. You will also help to prepare the treatment rooms, manage clinic supplies, and maintain a sanitary workspace.

On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:

• Measuring of height and weight, vital signs (eg. blood pressure, ECG)
• Assist our doctor during suctioning procedures to maintain airway patency and support respiratory function in paediatric patients
• Administer nebulisations accurately, monitoring each patient's response and adjusting treatment to optimise respiratory outcomes
• Conduct finger prick blood tests with meticulous technique that keeps results reliable and discomfort low
• Perform swab tests with close attention to protocol for accurate diagnosis
• Facilitate blood collection and assist with urine sample collection, handling specimens with care while protecting patient privacy and dignity
• Carry out simple dressing changes with precision and strict infection control, supporting optimal wound healing and comfort
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, billing and payment, parent and guardian communication, and documentation, keeping care coordinated and the clinical team in sync
• Work with our cleaning solutions provider to ensure cleanliness and hygiene of clinic

What we are looking for

• Enrolled Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Prior experience in GP or Paediatric clinic nursing, or a similar outpatient care setting preferred
• Competent in finger prick testing, nebulisation, vital signs monitoring, and swab testing
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinic environment with young patients and anxious parents
• Valid BCLS/BLS certification
• Strong communication skills, with the patience and warmth to put patients, young and old at ease
• Meticulous with documentation and infection control protocols
