Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated English teachers with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the education field. Familiarity with British and American curricula is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should possess perseverance, dedication, and flexibility.

📌 Important Note: This is a full-time position only.

Responsibilities

• Adapt teaching methodologies to meet individual student needs.
• Engage and motivate students through interactive and dynamic lessons.
• Demonstrate initiative and proactive behavior in the classroom.
• Ensure punctuality and strong time management skills.
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Develop and customize lesson plans to align with students’ requirements.
• Provide written feedback on student progress.
• Create and improve curriculum materials as needed.
• Identify and address learning obstacles faced by students.
• Supervise students during peak hours and maintain classroom discipline.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience (Master’s or Ph.D. in Linguistics-related fields is an advantage).
• Understanding of tuition centers as both an education and service-oriented industry, prioritizing individual student needs.
• Willingnessل to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Work Schedule

• 5 or 6 working days per week, depending on candidate availability.
• Operating hours: 09:00 – 20:00 (subject to change during school breaks and public holidays)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary: 4,000 – 5,000 SGD, depending on experience and qualifications.
