Job summary

RK Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate to support PLM/SAP operations, document procedures, and validate assembly processes on-site at our Woodlands facility.

You will create OMS Pro documentation for product modules and wiring harnesses, develop test work instructions, and contribute to cross-functional production solutions. The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering diploma/degree with CAD and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Control Engineering; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 2D & 3D modeling (PTC Creo), SAP PLM/ERP, and advanced Excel.
• Ability to interpret 2D/3D designs, GD&T, electrical/pneumatic schematics, and draft procedures/checklists.

Responsibilities

• Support PLM/SAP operations, documentation (work instructions, test procedures), and on-site validation of assembly processes.
• Create/maintain OMS Pro documentation for product modules, mechanical assemblies (chambers, frames), and electrical harness routing.
• Develop test work instructions using building blocks, engineer inputs, and GUI screens.
• Assist in CAD-based jig/fixture design and collaborate cross-functionally for production solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency for tooling/testing equipment.
