Job summary

Sembcorp seeks an Engineering Services Head to lead the Utilities Asset Management Engineering Services team in Singapore. You will drive safe, reliable and efficient operation of UAM assets, translating data into actionable improvement plans and governance across multiple interfaces.

The role requires senior engineering leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, HSSE, Projects, and external stakeholders, and a strong track record in process safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process, Power, or related Engineering discipline.
• Significant experience in power generation, utilities, process plants, or asset-intensive environments.
• Strong knowledge of plant performance monitoring, reliability engineering, and process safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant performance indicators and report trends to enable improvement actions.
• Lead reliability performance management including MTTR/MTBF and RCA to prevent recurring failures.
• Provide engineering support for brown-field projects, modifications, and handovers from concept to commissioning.
• Establish QA/QC and Management of Change processes across asset lifecycle.
• Lead Process Safety Management initiatives including risk assessments and change governance.
