Job summary

• Significant experience in power generation, utilities, process plants, or asset-intensive environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve plant performance indicators and dashboards.
• Own reliability framework and drive RCA and Bad Actor Program.
• Provide engineering support for brown-field projects and document control.
• Lead Process Safety Management and governance across asset lifecycle.
