Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing the Work Plan.
• Delegates jobs to supervisors and plans manpower according to budgeted man-hours.
• Resolves problems and coordinates between trades.
• Raises or approves Issue Passes for materials and equipment needed for jobs.
• Monitors subcontractors to ensure quality and workmanship meet company standards.
• Ensures SOPs comply with specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
