Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced mechanical design leader to head the design team and drive development of semiconductor equipment.

You will ensure design quality and schedules, mentor engineers, and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and customers to resolve complex system challenges and deliver reliable products. The role demands independent work and cost-aware project management aligned to business goals.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 8+ years of design experience in semiconductor equipment.
• Experience leading an engineering team and guiding field support.
• Ability to work independently with strong motivation and communication.
