Job summary

IKAS International (Asia) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (Salesforce Platform) to lead design, delivery, and evolution of large-scale Salesforce solutions supporting complex workflows.

You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people management and platform ownership, shaping systems used at scale while building a strong engineering culture of quality and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce development.
• At least 2 years in technical leadership or people management.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modelling, security, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, high-availability systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager (Salesforce Platform) to drive the design, delivery, and evolution of large-scale Salesforce solutions supporting complex, high-impact user workflows.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership, people management, and platform ownership, with the opportunity to shape systems used at significant scale.

What You'll Do

Engineering Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and grow a team of Salesforce engineers across different experience levels
• Set clear technical direction, standards, and best practices
• Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality, ownership, and continuous learning

Salesforce Architecture & Delivery

• Own end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce solutions (including industry-specific Salesforce clouds and Service Cloud)
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable architectures
• Ensure systems are robust, secure, and production-ready

Technical Quality & Governance

• Review architecture and code to maintain high engineering standards
• Make key technical decisions balancing speed, scalability, and sustainability
• Identify and mitigate risks across performance, security, and integrations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes
• Drive iterative delivery in an Agile environment
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

Platform Optimisation

• Continuously improve platform performance, reliability, and developer experience
• Evaluate and adopt new Salesforce capabilities where relevant
• Enhance engineering processes, tooling, and workflows

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership or people management role
