Job summary

The Garcha Group is seeking an Engineering Administrator to support the hotel’s Engineering Department in Singapore. You will handle administrative tasks, documentation, and effective communication to ensure compliant and efficient maintenance operations that align with management expectations.

You will act as a liaison between engineering, operations, suppliers, and other hotel teams, coordinating procurement, maintenance, and reporting activities to uphold hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum administrative experience in hotel/engineering operations.
• Strong documentation and filing skills.
• Effective liaison between engineering, operations, suppliers and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Engineering Manager and team.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documents, logs, and reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for quotations and service schedules.
• Log and track maintenance requests, schedules, and work orders.
• Communicate with Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments on maintenance issues.
• Schedule meetings and record minutes.
• Assist in tracking contractor work and maintenance contracts.
• Perform any other duties as requested by management.
