Job summary

Thales invites an experienced Head of Engineering to lead the CIS Domain’s engineering excellence in Singapore. You will shape product development, drive continuous improvement, and oversee a multi-disciplinary team spanning Design, Product Ownership, Software, Cloud & Platforms, and Innovation.

You will foster learning, sharpen competencies, and ensure delivery quality while aligning with business goals and customer expectations in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of successful experience in engineering environments delivering projects or products.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage large multi‑site teams.
• Proven track record in co‑engineering, Lean & Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute engineering strategy for the Domain to support business development and delivery.
• Structure and optimize the engineering organization to match domain needs.
• Develop and coach Heads of Disciplines and engineers for professional growth.
