Qualifications

• 5–8 years of facilities or engineering operations experience.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Independent, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience leading engineering teams, vendors, and site operations.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations for the Singapore site.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted operational partner.
• Manage and mentor the engineering team, providing guidance and leadership.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and service partners to ensure quality, delivery, and compliance.
• Ensure building systems and preventive maintenance are operating effectively.
• Drive operational improvements, problem-solving, and quick decision-making.
• Support budgeting, reporting, scheduling and maintenance planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and workplace standards.
