Engineering Intern: MedTech Validation & Kaizen

BD is a leading global medical technology company focused on advancing health. This role at the SG Tuas Plant supports manufacturing and engineering teams, preparing test procedures, work instructions, and validation protocols to ensure strong product quality.

You will collaborate across functions on material changes, participate in 2D/3D drawing analysis, drive Kaizen improvements, and perform other tasks as required, using data analysis to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test procedures, work instruction, engineering and validation protocols
• Execute engineering runs, equipment process validation and perform Minitab analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e., manufacturing, quality, design center, suppliers etc.) to support in projects identified related to material changes
• Participate in 2D and 3D drawing analysis to ensure product quality assurance
• Participate in Kaizen improvement works
• Perform any other tasks assigned
