Job summary

BD Singapore Tuas Plant is seeking an engineer to prepare test procedures, work instructions, and validation protocols, and to execute engineering runs with process validation. You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, design, and suppliers to support material changes and QA through 2D/3D drawing analysis.

You will participate in Kaizen improvements, perform data analysis with Minitab, and contribute to continuous improvement in healthcare manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test procedures, work instruction, engineering and validation protocols
• Execute engineering runs, equipment process validation and perform Minitab analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e., manufacturing, quality, design center, suppliers etc.) to support in projects identified related to material changes
• Participate in 2D and 3D drawing analysis to ensure product quality assurance
• Participate in Kaizen improvement works
• Perform any other tasks assigned
