Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD) in Singapore's Tuas Plant is seeking a capable engineer to help prepare test procedures, work instructions, and validation protocols. The role involves executing engineering runs, performing Minitab analysis, and validating processes to ensure product quality.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, design, and suppliers on material-change projects, and participate in 2D/3D drawing reviews and Kaizen

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Experience with process validation or related quality activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test procedures, work instructions, and engineering/validation protocols.
• Execute engineering runs and equipment process validation; perform Minitab analysis.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, design, and suppliers on material-change projects.
• Analyze 2D/3D drawings to ensure product quality and conformity.
• Participate in Kaizen improvement activities and lean initiatives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
