Job summary

BD Tuas Plant in Singapore is seeking an engineering professional to prepare test procedures, work instructions, and validation protocols, and to execute engineering runs with equipment process validation.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and design centers, analyze 2D/3D drawings for quality assurance, participate in Kaizen projects, and contribute to continuous improvement across material changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering runs and process validation.
• Familiarity with Minitab for statistical analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and design teams.

• Prepare test procedures, work instruction, engineering and validation protocols
• Execute engineering runs, equipment process validation and perform Minitab analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects related to material changes
