Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore seeks an Engineering Project/Program Manager to lead commodity development and qualification for key components, acting as the bridge between engineering, supply chain, ODM and commodity teams.

You will own end-to-end commodity lifecycle, drive qualification readiness, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional execution to align with platform milestones and program goals.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• Typically 3–7 years in engineering development, project planning, or related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead commodity development and qualification for platform components.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, ODM, and commodity groups.
• Manage risks, create mitigation plans, and report to leadership.
• Develop schedules, budgets and resource plans for the program.
