Job summary

RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician Assistant to support device conversion, in-process controls, and engineering evaluations in the semiconductor environment.

The role involves analyzing lots, monitoring SPC charts, supporting quality investigations, and contributing to process improvements under supervision. Diploma in Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience preferred; proficiency with MS Office tools required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Technical Certificate.
• 3 years of relevant technical experience in semiconductor process technology (Preferred) / manufacturing environment.
• Experienced with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform device conversion and recipe creation in his area of responsibility.
• Perform inspection/measurement as part of in-process controls.
• Perform engineering evaluation as per engineer instruction.
• Analyze lots on hold and dispose lots according to defect catalog and engineering guidelines.
• Monitor & analyze SPC charts, buyoff results, including troubleshooting cases of non-conformance.
• Support operations in the investigation and follow-up of quality issues and process abnormalities.
• Work on assignments that are of medium complexity and technical challenges.
• Contribute in process and quality improvement projects.
• Work under minimum supervision on routine work.
• Provide proper handover and shift pass down.
• Compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standard and cleanroom protocol.
