Venture Corporation is seeking an Engineer, Test in Singapore to support manufacturing and NPI test activities at the Marsiling GES site. You will contribute to test development, automation, and validation for high‑precision laboratory instruments.

Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams is essential. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 2–3 years in systems testing, with a focus on precision equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in systems testing, preferably focusing on scientific instruments, precision equipment, or complex electromechanical systems.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, including functional, integration, stress, and performance testing for precision instruments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Provide test engineering support to sustain manufacturing of advanced laboratory instruments in mass production.
• Engage in test activities at Top-Level Assembly.
• Define and perform test setup and support testing at NPI.
• Formulate test automation solutions, developing & executing test plans.
• Yearly target for yield improvement.
• Perform test validation and evaluate test coverage.
• Perform product failure analysis.
• Support tester maintenance program.
• Prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collaboration with customer on test strategy and roadmap.

We’re looking to add anEngineer, TestinSingapore. The position is based in our GES site at Marsiling.

As an Engineer, Test, you will:

• Be responsible for providing Test engineering support to sustain manufacturing of advanced laboratory instruments in mass production and provide Test Development Support during NPI Stage for New Products /Instruments.
• Engage in test activities at Top-Level Assembly.
• Define/perform test setup and support testing at NPI.
• Formulate test automation solutions, developing & executing test plans.
• Yearly target for yield improvement.
• Perform test validation and evaluate test coverage.
• Perform product failure analysis.
• Support tester maintenance program.
• Prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collaboration with customer on test strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in systems testing, preferably focusing on scientific instruments, precision equipment, or complex electromechanical systems
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, including functional, integration, stress, and performance testing for precision instruments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and present technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
