Develop and execute contamination control strategies across fab, equipment, and FOUP/FOSB environments to safeguard product quality, yield, and manufacturing stability.
Lead contamination monitoring, environmental surveillance, and real-time control systems for AMC, particles, and advanced FOUP environments.
Investigate contamination-related issues, perform risk assessments, and drive corrective and preventive actions using data-driven methodologies.
Establish contamination control standards, procedures, and best practices while ensuring compliance with cleanroom and operational requirements.
Drive automation, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and process improvements to enhance contamination detection, operational efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
Support equipment, material, and technology qualifications, as well as advanced node manufacturing readiness and process capability improvements.
Collaborate across engineering, operations, facilities, AMHS, and global organizations as contamination control subject matter expert.
Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in all sciences (e.g. chemistry) and chemical/ environmental/ material science engineering.
Must be able to work in cleanroom environment
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse variety of people.
Basic proficiency in software skills, such as MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of analytical techniques, such as Ion chromatography, gas chromatography and particle analyzers, etc. is a plus
To be open to work swing shift (Sun-Thur or Tue-Sat) based on business needs.
Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
