Job Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated engineer to join our Probe operations team. The engineer will be deeply exposed to a broad-based view of how Probe operations run, expected to identify opportunities for operations and process improvements through data analytics, propose solutions to realize gains from the identified opportunities, and drive implementation of these solutions through both improvements to business processes and deployment of software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Probe’s capability to perform real-time reporting, monitoring, and flagging of production issues using Tableau and customized software solutions.
• Develop innovative software solutions for engineering and production teams to reduce turnaround time in resolving issues.
• Implement code to automate material tracking, product disposition, and validation to ensure high-quality products for end-customers.
• Collaborate with the worldwide Probe community on projects with significant impact to Probe.
