Being part of 3i, they are the technology development domain of RAUS CoE focuses on advancing robotics and unmanned systems through innovative research, design, and development. Within this domain, the embodied AI R&D pillar integrates cutting edge AI models into robotic platforms, enabling seamless interaction with the physical world. The role involves designing robot planners for autonomous task execution, developing robot skills for Home Team operations, and managing datasets for AI model training. Key responsibilities include optimizing embodied AI systems through advanced techniques like reinforcement learning, Sim2Real transfer, and domain randomization, while leveraging high accuracy physics and rendering engines.
In addition, the role includes deploying these systems in real-world environments, ensuring scalability, robustness, and continuous performance enhancements based on operational feedback.
