Job summary

ASM is seeking an Engineer to join the Field Service team, responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing semiconductor equipment at customer sites worldwide. You will liaise with customers to qualify equipment and ensure satisfaction during installation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant field service engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, final assembly, or testing of semiconductor capital equipment.
• Familiarity with structured problem-solving techniques such as Fish Bone Diagram, Kepner Tregoe, or 8D analysis.
