Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Minimum 2 years of backend engineering experience in large-scale or internet systems
• Proficiency in Go, Python and SQL; Docker and/or Kubernetes knowledge preferred
• Strong understanding of computer architectures, data structures and algorithms
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to boost engineering productivity; exposure to AI system integrations is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Open-minded, agile and proactive with a strong willingness to learn

• Develop, maintain and optimize backend services and APIs with a focus on stability, performance and reliability.

• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system quality and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related science/tech field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Backend Engineer, preferably in large‑scale or internet‑based systems.
• Proficient in the following languages and practice on a regular basis: Go, Python, SQL; Knowledge and experience in Docker and/or Kubernetes (k8s) is preferable
• Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures and algorithms.
• Hands‑on experience in using AI tools to enhance engineering productivity; Exposure to AI‑related system integrations is a plus
• Strong problem solving skills and logical thinking
• Have an open‑minded, agile and proactive mindset with strong willingness to learn
