Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Equipment Maintenance & Repair Technician for a 3–6 month contract at Changi, with islandwide pickup.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and participate in IQ/OQ/PQ support, investigations, and record keeping.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent and involves training operators, collaborating with engineers, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Run routine checks and upkeep on manufacturing or medical tools based on strict schedules.
• Troubleshooting: Fix equipment, process, or production failures quickly to stop downtime.
• Calibrating: Adjust medical or testing instruments so they measure and work accurately.
• Equipment Qualification: Assist with setup, testing, and documentation for IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Investigations: Help look into nonconformance issues and support corrective actions.
• Record Keeping: Write down and update service logs, maintenance tasks, and compliance papers in digital systems.
• Staff Training: Teach operators and production teams how to use machinery and follow safety rules correctly.
• Cross-Functional Work: Partner with engineers and operations staff on new machine installations and process upgrades.
• Safety & Standards: Keep work areas clean and safe by following 5S standards and health guidelines.
