Job summary

Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on operations professional in Singapore to manage projects, facilities, and equipment across a manufacturing environment. The role involves coordinating project work, reporting progress, and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely completion.

You will also help keep the factory clean, safe, and compliant, manage equipment maintenance, support new product setups, and ensure staff adhere to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of building systems, equipment care, and safety.
• 1-3 years of engineering experience with manufacturing machines (food industry experience is a plus).
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and design tools such as AutoCAD or Inventor.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track project work to finish on time.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and updates for projects.
