Job summary

CHIAN TECK DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with master schedules and safety rules.

You will prepare documentation, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and manage on-site operations from planning through completion. The role requires a engineering degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise across multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings
• Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings and inspections.
• Prepare project documents including status reports, method statements and work procedures.
• Plan, execute, monitor and control of the project.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Address technical and engineering problems.
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
• Ensure that the quality control of the project is met.
• Ensure that all construction safety rules and regulations are observed.
• Prepare necessary work and safety permits, submission documents and drawings upon completion.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Overall Job Objectives

Assists the PM to oversee the construction activities,progress, planning, implementing, and monitoring of work schedules inaccordance with the master and detailed work programme

Core Responsibilities

1. 1. Attend site meetings and inspection
2. 2. Preparation of documentation including project statusreport, method of statement and work procedure for the project.
3. 3. Planning, executing, monitoring and control of theproject.
4. 4. Liaising and coordinating with all parties such asclients, consultants, consultants’ representatives, site supervisors, andsub-contractors
