Job summary

LEE HAN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to progress all design elements in line with the DesignChecklist, and to prepare electrical tender packages including specifications and drawings.

You will ensure familiarity with current practices and trends, assist tendering and estimating of electrical works, compile and review operation and maintenance dossiers, and brief the System Supervisor on awarded scope and contract revisions.

Job description

• Progressing all elements of design in-line with the DesignChecklist;
• Prepare electrical tender packages including specificationand drawings;
• Responsible for ensuring to remain familiar with currentpractices and engineering trends within the industry and to remain technicallycompetent;
• Tendering and estimating of electrical works for projectsprior to award;
• Compilation and Review of Operation and MaintenanceDossier for Projects;
• Ensuring the System Supervisor is provided with thecurrent shop and space management drawings, specifications, approved technicalsubmittals and all approved changes in scope;
• Ensuring the System Supervisor is fully briefed on theawarded scope of work, the tender technical documents and all contractualrevisions to tender documentation;
• Evaluating technical submittals for specification andclient requirement compliance;
• Approving Test Packs at each step of construction throughto completion;
• Forwarding testing and commission passing criteria to theSystem Supervisor.
