Job summary

Verztec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft engaging eLearning experiences for corporate clients. You will be responsible for storyboarding, script writing, and collaborating with editorial and development teams to deliver high-quality courses.

Qualifications

• Singaporeans only (NO quota available for foreign workers)
• Excellent command of English
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and its features
• Experience with learning and development/instructional design/adult learning/curriculum development
• Familiar with eLearning software Articulate Storyline
• Team player and possess good communication skills
• Meticulous with an eye for detail, innovative, flexible and willing to learn
• Good time management is a MUST
• 1 year contract, may be extendable to longer contract term or full time depending on performance

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and strategize engaging concepts for eLearning courses
• Work with internal colleagues to create custom eLearning courses and materials (storyboarding, voiceover scripts, etc.) for corporate clients
• Work with in-house editorial teams to develop off-the-shelf eLearning courses and materials
• Create eLearning courses and materials required for internal training
• Attend client meetings and present ideas where relevant
• Work closely with in-house development teams to produce engaging interactions and activities for eLearning courses
• Provide editorial support to miscellaneous publications, client projects and internal communications as needed
• Perform various writing and editing tasks for non eLearning projects
