Jan & Elly is hiring an English Enrichment Specialist to teach phonics and English to children aged 4 to 12. This role offers growth and long-term development and is ideal for educators seeking stability while developing professional skills.

You will deliver structured phonics and English lessons, assess progress, communicate with parents, collaborate with the academic team, and support curriculum refinement.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching English and phonics.
• Able to work both weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and 3 weekdays.
• Weekdays: 12pm – 9pm; Weekends: 9am – 6pm.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• A bubbly and fun-loving personality, with a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured phonics and English lessons.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with parents on student development.
