Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience (Associate) or 7–10 years (Engagement Manager) ideally with a top‑tier consulting firm, financial services or industry.
• Leadership experience leading teams and managing workstreams in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Education: Undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program.
• Analytics & AI mindset; comfortable with large datasets and AI/GenAI applications in finance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting teams on finance, risk and restructuring engagements, managing analyses, workstreams and project delivery.
• Develop insights by translating analyses into clear recommendations and executive-level presentations.
• Manage projects through effective planning, stakeholder management and coaching of junior team members.
• Build client relationships by partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering impactful solutions.
• Deliver analytical excellence through financial, operational and risk analyses, leveraging modern tooling to accelerate insight generation and improve quality.
• Support client work across finance transformation, enterprise risk, treasury, regulatory change and broader business transformation.
