Qualifications

Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative analysis of electricity market, including market dynamics, regulation, etc with a focus on APAC region.
Support policy and regulatory research related to Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), cross-border electricity trade and REC trading framework, and electricity imports.
Support the policy and market monitoring on 24/7 Carbon Free Energy (CFE) and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).
Assist in studies related to data centres’ energy sourcing strategies and their role in driving new market mechanisms.
Support EDF Lab in building collaborations with potential clients interested in 24/7 CFE and CBAM topics.
Contribute to the development of research briefs, internal reports, and policy notes.
Support EDF Lab in developing academic collaborations with local universities and think tanks on energy market and policy topics.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisors
