GREENLANE PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a Legal & Compliance Executive to support contract review and compliance-related matters within a leading energy trading company.

The role suits candidates with a legal background who are interested in commercial contract review, compliance processes, and regulatory matters; fresh graduates or juniors with internship or experience are welcome. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or 1–3 years of relevant experience welcome to apply.
• Prior exposure to contract review, legal documentation, or compliance support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial contracts and agreements before escalation to external legal counsel.
• Support contract drafting, amendment, and documentation processes.
• Assist in monitoring compliance-related matters and internal control processes.
• Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Support internal investigations and compliance reviews when required.
• Prepare compliance reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with business teams to ensure proper documentation and contract governance.
• Assist with audit requests and regulatory documentation support.
• Support ad-hoc legal, compliance, and operational projects as assigned.
