Job summary

Baringa Singapore is growing its Energy & Commodities Trading Practice and seeks individuals excited by technology, data, digital innovation and AI to shape the future of trading across Asia.

You will work on transformation projects for our Energy & Commodities Trading clients with a strong focus on technology strategy, data-led change and emerging AI applications, designing operating models and facilitating client delivery.

Qualifications

• Consulting or transformation experience in management consulting or internal transformation roles in trading/financial organisations.
• Experience in tech-enabled change, digital transformation, data strategy, or AI-enabled business transformation.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and systems delivery methodologies.
• Previous client-facing project work, either internal or external.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams, plan actions, track progress, and identify risks.
• Facilitate client meetings to understand requirements and shape recommendations.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients and vendors and coach junior team members.
• Produce high-quality deliverables that are clear and client-ready.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and manage day-to-day interactions.
• Contribute to internal practice growth and knowledge sharing.
