What You Will Be Doing

Work on transformation projects for Energy & Commodities Trading clients, focusing on technology strategy, data‑led change, digital architecture and emerging AI applications.

• Design trading operating models and business workflows with technology and data embedded at the core.
• Shape technology strategy, platform roadmaps and transformation plans for trading businesses.
• Support clients to strengthen data foundations, improve reporting and analytics, and enable better decision‑making across front, middle and back‑office trading functions.
• Select and implement trading systems, advising on implementation programmes, especially for CTRM/ETRM.
• Identify practical AI and automation applications to improve trading processes, controls and user workflows.
• Design risk management and control frameworks that support resilient, scalable and technology‑enabled trading operations.

On projects you will support workstreams, plan and track actions, manage risks and issues, produce high‑quality deliverables, build relationships with stakeholders and engage in business‑growth activities.

Experience and Qualifications

• Demonstrable consulting or transformation experience in management consulting or an internal transformation role within a trading company, financial institution or similarly complex organization.
• Experience across technology‑enabled change, digital transformation, data strategy, systems delivery, operating model design, process improvement or related AI‑enabled business transformation.
• Energy & Commodities industry experience desirable but not essential.
• Good understanding of project lifecycle management and systems delivery methodologies.
• Prior client‑facing project experience.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a track record of effective teamwork.
