Job summary

Univers is seeking a driven Sales Development Intern to join our Marketing team in Singapore. You will research potential leads, qualify opportunities, and book meetings with sustainability, facilities, and digital transformation decision-makers across Asia.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Interest in technology, energy, and sustainability topics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads that fit Univers’ ICP.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate meetings.
• Qualify leads using criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
• Manage and update the CRM (Salesforce) with lead status and outcomes
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies
• Assist in preparing outreach materials, including one-pagers and case studies
• Join selected client meetings to observe and learn
