Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Senior Datacenter Engineer in Electrical Engineering to lead the electrical design for mission-critical data centers across APAC. You will manage HV/MV/LV system integration, utility interfacing, and critical studies while aligning with Google standards.

You will partner with Architects and Engineers to drive technical design across multiple projects and ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency in cutting-edge data-center infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mission-critical facility design and construction environments.
• Experience in electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive scalable electrical systems design (HV, MV, LV, renewables) from site due diligence through construction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to resolve program-level electrical issues.
• Ensure designs and installations meet rigorous requirements through engineering analysis and safety standards.
• Define system-level data centre architecture and update internal design specifications.
• Develop operations and maintenance procedures for major infrastructure upgrades.
